Rotifer and Fish Enrichment Enrichment is the process of increasing the HUFA levels of the rotifer to match the nutritional requirements of the fish. Rotifer do not need enrichment themselves to be healthy, the enrichment is purely for the advantage of fish. One of the most important issues when enriching is how healthy your rotifers are at the end of enrichment.  If the enrichment diet does not contain the nutrition necessary to keep the rotifer healthy and active, much of the value of the rotifer is lost. N-Rich and Roti-Grow Plus will both yield rotifers that are as healthy and active after enrichment as before.  Enrichment is determined by a combination of the profile of the base feed, enrichment feeds, and duration of enrichment.
